About the Role: 

Step into a role where no two days are the same. On any given day this role will have you: 

• Providing customers with great service both on the phone, via email and face-to-face 
• Processing orders and quotes 
• Supporting the external sales team 
• Assisting with stock management 
• Backing up our warehouse and logistics team 

This position is full-time, typically Monday to Friday. However, we recognise the increasing importance of flexibility. If you’re looking for a role that understands and accommodates your individual needs, we’re open to discussing flexible scheduling options. 

About You: 

We don’t expect you to know the difference between cement and concrete right away (though it wouldn’t hurt). We’re more interested in the unique skills you can bring to our team. If you can relate to the following, you might be the perfect fit:  

• You have great customer service and communication skills 
• Your time management and multi-tasking skills are sharp 
• You’re a problem solver with a solution focused approach 
• You have a positive attitude and enjoy working within a team 
• You’re curious, have a love of learning and aren’t afraid to ask questions 
• You’re pretty IT savvy  
• A good company culture is high on your priority list 

Due to the nature of our business and the products we work with, the role will require some lifting throughout day-day duties, please ensure you are able to conduct these duties before applying.  

It is desirable but not required) for you to also possess a forklift license or be willing to obtain one. A background in or a good understanding of the construction industry would also be a bonus.
